Mrs. Nadia Alcide has joined our team at 1st National Bank as the Chief People Officer. She brings with her 20 plus years of experience as a Human Resource Professional having served both in the public and private sectors.
In fulfilling the role as Chief People Officer Mrs. Alcide is committed to leading the Bank’s HR talent by engaging and sharing her passion for seeing people succeed. As CPO, she will be responsible for implementing human capital strategies that will continue to build and support the future goals of 1NB as the number one indigenous bank on St. Lucia. Her aim is to engage, support, understand and encourage employees at all levels to commit to demonstrating best-in-class customer service through their interactions with our valued customers.
Mrs. Alcide holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of the West Indies. She also has a Post Graduate Diploma from the University of Leister and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from St. Mary’s University.
