RBTT Credit Card Conversion to 1st National Bank St. Lucia Limited.
Please note that effective February 16th, 2023, your RBTT-issued Credit Card will no longer be functional. A replacement card will be issued to you by 1st National Bank St. Lucia Limited. Any outstanding balances on your RBTT-issued card will also be transferred to your new 1st National Bank St. Lucia Limited Visa Credit Card. Additionally, payments will now be due on the 26th of every month.
It is important to note that 1st National Bank St. Lucia Limited, does not issue Mastercards, therefore, all Mastercards will be transferred to Visa, with the same benefits.

What do I do with my existing RBC/RBTT Credit Card?
Your Balance as of February 16th, 2023, will be transferred to your new 1st National Bank Visa credit card. Once you are in possession of your new 1st National Bank Visa Credit Card and this card has been fully activated; please destroy the RBC/RBTT Credit Card by cutting in half.
Will my pre-authorized payments, attached to my existing RBC/RBTT Credit Card be affected?
Payments via your existing RBC/RBTT Credit Card will no longer be possible after February 16th, 2023. As such, upon receipt of your new 1st National Bank Visa Credit Card Number, you need to update the Card Number on file for your pre-authorized payments to ensure they continue without interruption.
Can I still make payments to my existing RBC/RBTT Credit Card?
Yes, you can, but only prior to February 16th, 2023.
Prior to February 16th, 2023, all existing methods of Payment will be allowed to your RBC/RBTT Credit Card – Digital Banking; Over the Counter including Standing Orders.
However, after February 16th, 2023, you will no longer be allowed to make payments to the RBC/RBTT Credit Card. This Card will be closed, and your balance transferred to your 1st National Bank Visa credit card and payments will now be payable to your new Visa Credit Card.
Will there be a change to my payment due date?
Yes. Your payment due date will change to the 26th, of every month.
What type of Product will I get from 1st National Bank?
It is important to note that 1st National Bank does not issue Mastercards. Therefore, all Mastercards will be transferred to Visa, with the same benefits you have been accustomed to receiving. All other products remain the same.
Can I switch to my new 1st National Bank Visa Credit Card prior to the Conversion?
This will not be possible prior to February 16th, 2023. Your existing RBC/RBTT Credit Card will be closed as at that date, at which time, your new 1st National Bank Visa Credit Card will be activated.
